Bhubaneswar: The ruling Biju Janata Dal is leading by19349 votes by the end of tenth round of counting in the by-poll to the Padampur Assembly seat in Bargarh district.
In the tenth round, the BJD secured 4897 votes, BJP got 2993 votes and Congress 162 votes.
The BJD led the seventh round by 1904 votes taking overall lead to 19349 votes.
The by-poll was held on December 5 and had witnessed record voter turnout of 81.29 percent.
