Paralakhemundi: In a bid to prevent the spread of coronavirus, the Gajapati district administration has imposed a three-day shutdown in Paralakhemundi town and other parts of the district from June 28.
This has been informed by Gajapati Collector Anupam Saha through his twitter handle.
Apart from Paralakhemundi town, three-day shutdown will be enforced in Gosani and Gumma block, and Ranipentho GP of Kashinagar Block from June 28 to June 30.
During the shutdown period, only medical emergency and milk services will be allowed, the Collector said.

As many as 40 medical teams will conduct door-to-door screening for coronavirus symptoms, he added.
