Nuapada: A 65 year old woman has been killed allegedly by a Royal Bengal Tiger in Odisha’s Nuapada district. The incident happened yesterday evening in Jalamandei village of Sunabeda Tiger reserve. According to reports, the woman Sanamati Barik was collecting firewood near her home when the tiger attacked her. Her dead body was found at a small distance from her home by the villagers. Nuapada forest department officials are on the spot and investigating the incident. More details awaited.
