Bhubaneswar: Two young IPS officer from Odisha Dr. Kanwar Vishal Singh and Madkar Sandip Sampath have bagged the union home minister’s medal for excellency in crime investigations.
According to reports, this year as many as 96 police officers including 13 women officers have been honoured with home minister’s medal for excellency in crime investigation.
Among the medal winners, 15 are from CBI, 11 from Maharastra police, 10 Uttar Pradesh, 9 Kerela, 8 Madhya Pradesh and 6 each from Delhi and Karnataka police.
