Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan Welcomes Odisha CM’s Decision on Lockdown Extension

Bhubaneswar: Union Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has welcomed the Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik’s decision to extend the lockdown till April 30 to fight the deadly Coronavirus.

Taking to twitter, the Union Minister appealed to the people to sincerely observe the lockdown and government guidelines to keep the deadly virus at bay.

Earlier today, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced the extension of lockdown till April 30, stating that saving the lives of the people is the top most priority of his government at this juncture.

Odisha is the first State in the country to extend the lockdown.
