New Delhi/Cuttack: Varsha Priyadarshini, a leading Odia Film actress and estranged wife of BJD MP from Kendrapara, Anubhav Mohanty , moved Supreme Court seeking to transfer the divorce petition case filed by her Husband at Patiala House Court to any Court in Cuttack in Odisha.
Speaking to media, Barsha’s counsel Ram Krushna Rath said,”Barsha has no brother or father and she is cannot afford to travel Delhi to attend the case hearings. Therefore, she is planning to move to Supreme Court seeking transfer of the divorce case from Patiala Court to Cuttack’s family court.”
Kendrapara MP Anubhav Mohanty had filed for divorce at Patiala House Court, accusing Varsha Priyadarshini of mentally torturing him and his family.
