Center Surrenders Before Lord Jagannath; Orders Withdrawal Of NMA By-laws
Bhubaneswar: Union Minister For Culture and Tourism Prahallad Singh Patel has informed that he has ordered for the withdrawal of the controversial National Monuments Authority By-laws regarding Shree Jagannath Temple.
Speaking to the Biju Janata Dal delegates today he said any decision regarding Puri will be taken in consultation and consensus with the state. The BJD MP delegation led by senior leaders Pinaki Mishra had requested.
