Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister and Biju Janata Dal President Naveen Patnaik on Sunday campaigned for his party candidates in Anandapur Assembly constituency under Keonjhar Lok Sabha segment.
Speaking at a mega public meeting in Anandapur, the Chief Minister has come down heavily on the opposition.
The weapon of the opposition is lies and false propaganda. The weapon of Biju Janata Dal is development. The opposition leaders are shedding crocodile tears for Odisha, the BJD supremo said.
The Chief Minister requested the people to bless the BJD MP and MLA candidates from Keonjhar Lok Sabha constituency with massive votes.
He also took the public opinion on the success of various welfare schemes of his government, such as BSKY, Mission Shakti, LAccMI Bus Service, Mamata, 5T School Transformation programme, KALIA and Madhubabu Pension Yojana. The public responded very positively.

Addressing the gathering, senior BJD leader Kartik Pandian said that seeing the enthusiasm of people, the opposition leaders are having sleepless nights. He also warned everyone to remain cautious on the false propaganda of the BJP.
Chief Minister is happy with your happiness. The CM has a big hear for the tribal brothers and sisters. He loves the tribal community very much. He has formed the Special Development Council for the protection of tribal art, culture and places of worship.
“Can the BJP government, which is talking about double engine, tell in which state it has formed Special Development Council for tribals, asked the senior BJD leader.
Kartik Pandian further said that the Chief Minister has cancelled 50,000 petty police cases against the tribals.
