Bhubaneswar: The weekend shutdown will continue in Bhadrak district during the month of August.
The district administration has issued a fresh order in this regard on Saturday.
During shutdown, all activities will be closed expect medical establishments, police, fire services, district and municipal administration services, telecom services, petrol pumps, essential supply and distribution.
During weekdays (Monday to Friday), all private offices, shops and commercial establishments will be allowed to open up to 6 PM.
The lockdown will be limited to containment zones, the order said.
Bhadrak has so far reported 626 cases of COVID-19 including 136 active cases.
