Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik today urged the newly- recruited civil servants to solve the problems of the people with patience and compassion.
Speaking at the ‘Orientation Programme for Newly Recruited State Civil Servants’ at Jaydev Bhawan here today, the Chief Minister instructed the officers to keep direct contact with the people and take decisions for their welfare.
Naveen said that his government is focusing on the welfare of the people in all developmental programmes.
The Odisha Government is implementing various programmes to bring improvement in standard of living of people, he added.
Talking about the 3Ts mantra (Technology, Transparency and Teamwork), the Chief Minister said that the State Government has always followed this formula to bring transformation in the lives of people.
Now the time is of critical essence. In order to fulfill expectations of the people, his government is now stressing on 5Ts mantra – (Technology, Transparency, Teamwork, Transformation and Time), Naveen said.
He advised the newly-recruited officers to follow the 5Ts formula sincerely to meet expectations of the people.
Notably, as many 102 candidates who qualified the Odisha Civil Services Examination (OCSE), 2017 has joined the Odisha Civil Services.
These 102 newly recruited Officers include 42 women, 13 SEBC, 21 SC & 22 ST and four numbers of PwD candidates.
