Bhubaneswar: Odisha has recorded 22.97 percent voter turnout till 11 AM today. Long queues of voters were seen in the polling booths of the state where voting is taking place in six Lok Sabha Constituencies and 42 Assembly Constituencies. While Balasore Parliamentary Constituency has recorded the highest voter turnout at 27.66 percent, Jajpur has recorded the lowest 19.24 percent voter turnout till 11 am. Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara and Mayurbhanj have recorded 21.50%, 23.01 %, 24.03% and 22. 25% voter turnout respectively till 11 AM. Among the Assembly Constituencies, Basta has recorded the highest turnout of 29.60 percent and Dharmashala has recorded the lowest of 15 percent voter turnout till 11 AM.
