Rourkela: Moving one step ahead in implementing the 5T Initiatives, the Rourkela Municipal Corporation has launched its most ambitious toll free service for citizen service delivery. The RMC has activated the Toll Free number 1800 345 7468 which will be the best handy tool for getting information on all municipal services, registering grievances and giving feedback on the activities of RMC.

Citizens can now get information, make grievance and give feedback on street lights, drinking water, roads, infrastructure and sanitation. Various other services including information and application for marriage, birth and death certificates, various taxes and permits etc., can also be availed through the toll free number.
The dedicated helpline will be manned by trained executives, who will have all the information handy. The initiative will reduce the execution time for the service delivery and also help in minimizing the crowd at the offices.
