Bhubaneswar: In a bid to further strengthen the feedback mechanism for public service delivery in line with 5T charter of governance, the Odisha Government has verified the Twitter handles of all the departments and district Collectors.
This has been informed by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO).
The move aims at further strengthening the digital governance, feedback based public service delivery, dissemination of information and grievance redressal.
“Taking forward @MoSarkar 5T charter, all the Twitter handles of #Odisha Govt Depts & all district collectors are verified now. It will further strengthen digital governance, feedback based public service delivery, dissemination of information and grievance redressal”, the CMO tweeted.
