5T Secretary Visits Jiranga Buddhist Monastery In Gajapati

Berhampur: On the second day of his visit to Gajapati District, 5T Secretary VK Pandian today visited the Jiranga Buddhist Monastery and held discussions with the Buddhist monks and Tibetan community members.

The 5T Secretary was given a rousing traditional welcome by the Tibetan community. Pandian also offered prayers at the Monastery.

Today, after visiting the Buddhist Monastery, he reviewed the Chelligada Irrigation project and interacted with common people.

The 5T Secretary is on a two day visit to Gajapati district. Yesterday he had visited Mohana and reviewed the works related the Biju Express Way and interacted with school and college students. He also reviewed a number of other developmental activities.

At Gumma, he will visit the 5T School and review various works. He is also scheduled to visit Paralakhemundi and review various developmental works including the beautification of the Ramsagar pond.
