Bhubaneswar: The ruling Biju Janata Dal is leading by 17445 votes by the end of ninth round of counting in the by-poll to the Padampur Assembly seat in Bargarh district.
The BJD secured 48588 votes, BJP got 31143 votes and Congress 1796 votes by the end of ninth round of counting.
