Bhubaneswar: As the National Pollution Control Day is being observed today, Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik urged all to take a pledge to do their bit to curb pollution.
“A greener planet for the next generation is our responsibility”, said the Chief Minister while appealing all to plant more trees and reduce plastic use.
He said that pollution has disastrous consequences and is a potent threat to the planet.
“On National Pollution Control Day, let’s take a pledge to do our bit to curb pollution, plant more trees and reduce plastic use. A greener planet for the next generation is our responsibility”, Naveen wrote on his Twitter post.
