Bhubaneswar: The annual tribal fair, popularly known as Adivasi Mela, will kick start from April 23 at the Exhibition Ground in Kharavela Nagar, Bhubaneswar.
The Adivasi Mela 2022 will be held for a period of 10 days. It will remain open from 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm for the people.
Adivasi Mela is the most vibrant and color festival that celebrates the art, culture, dance, handicrafts and handlooms of the Odisha’s indigenous communities.
The Integrated Tribal Development Agency (ITDA), Micro Projects, Mission Shakti, ORMAS (Odisha Rural Development and Marketing Society), Tribal Development Cooperative Corporation (TDCC) will join the exhibition this year.
There will be 100 stalls this year in which the Adivasi culture can be seen at 80 stalls. The Adivasi artists from different states will also exhibit their tradition.
