Bhubaneswar: The signatures of Akash Pathak on the appointment letters issued by him using Tata Motors’ letterheads will be examined by the Handwriting Bureau, according to the Commissionerate Police.
Pathak, who is currently lodged in Jharpada jail following his arrest on charges of duping youths in the pretext of offering them jobs at Tata Motors, will be taken on remand by the Commissionerate Police for further investigation.
The specimen of Akash’s signature will be collected and sent to the Handwriting Bureau for verifying the veracity of his signatures on the appointment letters issued by him to job seekers, the police said.
