New Delhi: The annual Amarnath Yatra will start from June 28 and will conclude on August 22, announced the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB).
The Amarnath Yatra was cancelled last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has chaired a meeting of the Shri Amarnath Ji Shrine Board.
The annual pilgrimage starts in June-July on the traditional 36-km-long Pahalgam route in Anantnag district and the shorter 14-km-long Baltal route in Ganderbal district. It concludes in August, coinciding with Raksha Bandhan.
