Chennai: An earthquake of magnitude 5.9 was reported near Port Blair in Andaman and Nicobar Islands today morning. According to the National Center for Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake was at 126 km southeast (SE) of Port Blair and the earthquake struck at 12:53 AM early morning. According to the National Centre for Seismology, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 69 km at 10.75 latitude and 93.47 longitude.
