Andhra Train Tragedy: Death Toll Rises To 13, Several Trains Cancelled

Bhubaneswar: The death toll in the Andhra Pradesh train accident has risen to thirteen with two more persons succumbing to the injuries. More than fifty injured persons are being treated in various hospitals. The number of casualties is expected to rise further.

According to Indian Railway sources, presently the focus is on track restoration work. The rescue operation is over. A total of 33 trains have been cancelled and 22 trains have been diverted. The track is expected to be restored by 4 pm today.
