Bhubaneswar: A junior revenue assistant has been dismissed from government service after her conviction in a Vigilance case in Angul district.
Pankajini Biswal, Junior Revenue Assistant, Collectorate, Angul was dismissed from Govt. service by the competent authority as per provision of OCS (CCA) Rules, 1962 following her conviction in a Vigilance case.
Biswal, who was charge sheeted by Odisha Vigilance in Cuttack Vigilance PS Case for taking bribe, was convicted to three years jail and fine.
