Bhubaneswar: Strongly condemning former bureaucrat-turned-politician Aparajita Sarangi’s criticisms on Odisha Government’s 5T and Mo Sarkar initiatives, the ruling Biju Janata Dal on Sunday said that the BJP MP is facing identity crisis and has been oscillating between being a former administrator and a politician.
Addressing the media here, BJD spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Sasmit Patra said that Sarangi has developed identify crisis in the BJP.
“Sometimes she speaks about bureaucracy to show off her knowledge about administration. She is speaking against the State Government’s 5T and Mo Sarkar initiatives out of jealousy”, said the BJD leader.
Patra further said that the 5T policy has been very successful in Odisha. It has boosted the confidence of the people towards administration at the grassroots level.
The BJP-ruled states and also the Centre will follow these initiatives of Odisha Government in the coming days, he added.
Sarangi is actually surprised by the success of the 5T and Mo Sarkar, he said while adding that the BJP MP should support the initiatives instead of criticizing them.
