Berhampur: The fifth and final phase of three-tier Panchayat elections is underway in Odisha.
An interesting image has surfaced on social media during the polling in Ganjam district.

Bisoyi, a grassroots level SHG member who made national headlines on becoming a Lok Sabha MP after fielded by BJD supremo and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik in 2019 general elections, cast her vote in the Aska block where elections are being held for 4 Zilla Parishad (ZP) seats across 27 GPS.
Meanwhile, a 25% voter turnout was recorded across the State till 9AM, according to the State Election Commission.
