Bhubaneswar: Today, on the allegation of possession of disproportionate assets by Ajay Kumar Senapati, Asst. Engineer(R & B) Div-II, Balasore, simultaneous house searches by Odisha Vigilance are being conducted at seven places in Puri, Balasore and Khurdha districts. Vigilance teams consisting of 4 DSPs, 10 Inspectors, 2 Sub-Insps and other staff are conducting searches on the strength of Search Warrants issued by the Special Judge Vigilance, Bhubaneswar. Searches are in progress.
Searches are going on at the residential house of Ajay Kumar Senapati located at Madanmohan Lane, Damodar Road, Harichandisahi in Puri; Flat No. 2063 located on the 2nd floor of Ananya Palm Beach in Puri; government residential quarter located in Balasore; office room at O/O Executive Engineer (R&B) Division-II, Balasore; double storied building at Kulakandhei Balugaon in Khurdha; parental house of Senapati at Bhagabati Sahi, Banpur, and a relative’s house at Tangi in Khurdha.
