Bhubaneswar: In a major development in the Infocity Minor Gang Rape issue, the Odisha Crime Branch has detained four persons and interrogating them at an undisclosed place. They were taken by the Crime Branch yesterday night. The case relates to the rape of a dalit minor girl in the Infocity police station area in which some employee of Odisha Television have also been named.
The complaint lodged by the victim’s mother with the police alleges the girl was raped by several employees of the channel for around 15 days during the months of April and May. The Victims mother was working with the Channel. Earlier, OTV MD Jagi Mangat Panda was summoned by the State Commission for Protection of Child Rights.
