Patna: Early trends (Postal vote counting) pour in from different centres gives indication of neck-and-neck contest between NDA and Mahagathbandhan.
As per data from the Election Commission’s website, early trends have shown BJP leading on 8 seats, JDU and RJD ahead on 3 seats each, Congress and Vikassheel Insaan Party leading on one seat each.
Congress Spokesperson Jaiveer Shergill in a tweet on Tuesday reassured victory to the Opposition, claiming that the Mahagathbandhan “is going to sweep” the election and the rival alliance is “going to weep”.
