Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government has appointed Special Secretary to Government, Works Department, Bimalendu Ray as the Collector of Sonepur. According to a notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievances Department, Bimalendu Ray OAS (SS) he has been transferred and posted as Collector & District Magistrate of Sonepur District.
