Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal has issued a three-line Whip to its Rajya Sabha MPs to be present in the House today and support the passage of the Women’s Reservation Bill. The Bill is going to be discussed and passed in the Upper House today. Yesterday, the party had supported the Women’s Reservation Bill in the Lok Sabha which was passed with a majority.
