Bhubaneswar: The Biju Janata Dal today announced that it will support the candidature of Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in the ensuing Rajya Sabha election in Odisha.
BJD President Naveen Patnaik said that his parry will support the candidature of Ashwini Vaishnaw, Union Minister, Railways, Communication and Information and Technology for the larger interest of State’s Railways and Telecom Development in the ensuing Election to Rajya Sabha – 2024.
The BJP has nominated Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw as its candidate for the ensuing Rajya Sabha election from Odisha.
The election for three Rajya Sabha seats in Odisha will be held on February 27.
