Bhubaneswar: The results of 105 chairperson posts in municipalities/NACs have been declared.
The ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has won as many as 73 chairperson seats, while the BJP got 16 seats. The Congress bagged seven seats and others got nine seats.
The Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik-led party has clinched the Mayor post in Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) and is making massive leads in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack.
