BMC Team Commutes on Mo E-Bus to Promote Pollution Free Transport

Bhubaneswar: A day after Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched the e-bus and e- e-rickshaw services in the capital city, the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) team today commuted on a Mo E-Bus to promote pollution free transport in Bhubaneswar.

BMC Mayor Sulochana Das, Commissioner Vijay Amruta Kulange, all corporators and other staffs travelled by the electric bus and appreciated the service managed by Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT).

The civic body also urged the people to use this green mobility for green Bhubaneswar.

To make Bhubaneswar environment friendly with less carbon emission, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday launched the Mo E-Ride & E-Bus services.

The Chief Minister flagged off 10 e-buses and 50 e-rickshaws. In future, the number of e-buses will increase to 50.
The zero emission electric vehicles will promote green mobility while paving the way for a sustainable future, the CM said.
