Jharsuguda: The vigilance sleuths have conducted a simultaneous raid on the multiple locations of Brajarajnagar Municipality Executive Officer for allegedly possessing assets disproportionate to the known sources of income.
The accused executive officer has been identified as Dilip Kumar Patel.
The vigilance officials raided six places including at Patel’s government residential quarters at Brajarajnagar, double storied residential building at native village Belmunda at Kolabira in Jharsuguda, petrol pump of his relative at Samasingha, house of his relative at Kolabahal village in Jharsuguda and his office chamber in the premises of Jharsuguda Municipality, sources said.
The raids were conducted on the basis of search warrants issued by Special Judge Vigilance, Sambalpur.
