Brajrajnagar: The by-election for the Brajrajnagar Assembly constituency has recorded voter turnout of about 48 percent till 1pm today. The voting which began at 7 am has been going on smoothly an there have not been any complaints. Over 2,14,878 voters are eligible to vote and decide the fate of the 11 contesting candidates.
