Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra, Secretary to CM (5T) VK Pandian and Sports Secretary R. Vineel Krishna will visit Rourkela today to review preparation for the upcoming 2023 Men’s FIH Hockey World Cup.
The top officials will visit the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium in Rourkela to take stock of the progress of
the infrastructure development works for mega sporting event.
They will also review various developmental works being carried out in Rourkela ahead of Hockey World Cup.
The 15th edition of the Men’s FIH Hockey World Cup will be held at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar and at Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium in Rourkela from 13 to 29 January 2023.
