Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has condoled the passing away of Padma Shri Nanda Kishore Prusty.
ପଦ୍ମଶ୍ରୀ ପୁରସ୍କାର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନନ୍ଦ କିଶୋର ପୃଷ୍ଟିଙ୍କ ଦେହାନ୍ତ ବିଷୟରେ ଜାଣି ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖିତ। ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟ ଅବଦାନ ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ବ୍ୟାପୀ ତ୍ୟାଗ ଚିର ଆଦର୍ଶ ହୋଇରହିବ। ତାଙ୍କ ଅମର ଆତ୍ମାର ସଦଗତି କାମନା କରିବା ସହ ଶୋକସନ୍ତପ୍ତ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମୋର ସମବେଦନା ଜଣାଉଛି।

Padma Shri Nanda Kishore Prusty, popularly known as Nanda Sir, passed away at a private hospital here on Tuesday. He was 104.
Prusty was reportedly undergoing treatment for post-Covid complications.
He was conferred with the Padma Shri award for his contributions in the field of education.
