Rayagada: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will today inaugurate the distribution of Biju Swasthya kalyan Yojana Smart Health Cards in Rayagada District. Along with this, Naveen is also scheduled to lay foundation stone and inaugurate a number of developmental projects of the district. He will address the people of the district virtually.
