Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday released two books that reflects the transformational journey of Odisha and India.
The first one is ‘The Magic Mantra of 5T- A Tale of Transforming Nabarangpur’ by Dr Ajit Mishra. The book is a vivid description of the transformation the district of Nabarangpur is witnessing for last several years. Out of the media glare, writes author Dr Mishra, the district, powered by the 5T Initiative, is steadily marching forward in different sectors that include healthcare, agriculture, gram panchayats, renovation of temples and tourist sites.
Author Dr Ajit Mishra is currently working as the CEO of Western Odisha Development Council, and had his experiences as collector of Nabarangpur for four years since 2018.
The Second book is ‘President Droupadi Murmu- A Reflection of Changing Bharat’ by Dr Vijaya Lakshmi Mohanty.
The book is a biographical sketch of President Droupadi Murmu that also delves into the socio-cultural fabric of Mayurbhanj and Odisha. Her elevation to the post of the President of India reflects an image of India that that progressive and inclusive. Illustrated through pictures of the Hon’ble President’s life and work in the past, the book makes an interesting story line for the readers to go through all the pages.
Author Dr Vijaya Laxmi Mohanty is a spiritual leader and teacher working under the aegis of ‘The Art of Living’.
