Bhubaneswar: Another 52 persons tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 24 hours in Bhubaneswar.
This has been informed by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday.
Of the new cases, 22 cases have been detected from quarantine and the rest 30 are the local contacts.
Meanwhile, 74 persons have recovered from the virus during the same period, the BMC said.
With this, the COVID-19 caseload in the state capital reached at 30179 including 667 active cases.
As many as 29,294 patients have so far recovered from the disease and 197 patients succumbed to it, as per the data shared by the civic body.
