Bhubaneswar: As many as 1084 new positive cases of COVID-19 have been detected in Odisha capital city in the last 24 hours, informed the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC).
Of the new cases, 871 are the local contact cases and the rest 213 are from quarantine, it said.
Meanwhile, the capital city has reported recovery of 906 patients from the virus during the same period.
The COVID-19 caseload in the city now stands at 53614, including 10252 active cases.
