Bhubaneswar: Bhubaneswar has reported more recoveries than new positive cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours.
According to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), as many as 319 fresh cases of coronavirus have been detected in the Odisha capital in the last 24 hours, while 353 COVID-19 patients have recovered from the virus during the same period.
While 62 persons from quarantine have been tested positive for the deadly virus, 257 locals contact cases have also been reported, the BMC said.
“Further contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts of infected persons are being while nearby houses of positive cases are also being sanitised,” the civic body said..
