Bhubaneswar: The tally of COVID-19 in Bhubaneswar has reached 16,591 with the addition of 351 fresh positive cases in the Odisha’s capital in the last 24 hours.
It has been informed by the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.
Of the total new cases, as many as 288 are the local contact cases and the rest 113 are positive cases linked with the earlier positive cases.
Meanwhile, another 471 persons have recovered from the infection in the last 24 hours, taking the tally of those recovered from the virus to 11901. The number of active cases in the BMC areas now stand at 4613.
