Sambalpur: In view of rising cases of COVID-19, the Sambalpur district administration has announced a two-day shutdown in the entire district from July 18 for active surveillance, contact tracing and social distancing to prevent spread of the coronavirus.
In an order, the administration said that the restrictions will be imposed on the intra district movement of the public and private transport, movement and assembly of people.
It also ordered for closure of shops and establishments both government and private institutions.
However, the following activities will be allowed during the shutdown.
