Bhubaneswar: Odisha has reported as many as 12 new postive cases of COVID-19 in a single day across the State, according to the Information and Public Relations Department on Tuesday.
Of the new cases, 7 cases have been detected from quarantine while 5 are local contacts.
The number of active cases now stands at 166.
District-wise new cases:
1. Balasore: 2
2. Cuttack: 1
3. Kandhamal: 1
4. Kendrapada: 1
5. Khurda: 4
6. Nuapada: 2
7. State Pool: 1
A total of 14,225 samples were tested during the last 24 hours in the State. The COVID-19 test positivity rate (TPR) stands at 0.08 percent.
