Bhadrak: Odisha Chief Secretary Suresh Chandra Mahapatra and 5T Secretary V K Pandian will today afternoon review the various works associated with the renovation of the famous Baba Akhandalamani Temple in Bhdarak district. The Government of Odisha has allocated Rs 21 Crore for the development works in the first phase. While Rs 6 crore has been allocated for the development of the temple, Rs 6.6 crore has been granted for the science city work. Likewise, Rs 3.5 crore has been allocated for the Pantha Niwas in the first phase.
While most of the works in the first phase are nearing completion, the officials will review the progress and discuss about the second phase works. They will also hold talks with the temple servitors regarding the renovation works.
The visiting officials will also review the works related to the setting up of an airstrip at Balimunda and 750 acre Industrial Park at Kaithakola. They are also likely to visit and review the under construction Dhamra-Jamujhadi road.
