Cuttack: In a major success, the Twin City Commissionerate Police have cracked the sensational gold robbery at Cuttack IIFL within a week of the incident, informed Dibya Shankar Mishra, Minister of State (Home), in the Odisha Legislative Assembly today.
The process for recovery of the looted valuables was underway, he said in the House.
Meanwhile, Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi informed that Police team led by Cuttack DCP solved the loot case and all accused have been detained. Two motorcycles and substantial quantities of gold were also recovered from their possession, he added.
He also praised the police team for the achievement.
