Cuttack: Director General of Police (DGP) Sunil Kumar Bansal on Monday felicitated the Odisha Police Brass Band and Pipe Band for winning prizes in the 23rd All India Police Band Competition held at Panchakula, Haryana.
The Odisha Police Brass Band and Pipe Band won 2nd and 3rd prizes in the competition.
While felicitating the police personnel, the DGP exhorted them to keep up this spirit and bring glory for Odisha Police.
On the occasion, ADG (Law &Order) Radha Kishan Sharma and other senior police officers were present.

As many as 1,500 participants of 23 teams from 14 states, three Union territories and six Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) units participated in this five-day competition, which concluded on March 4.
