Bhadrak: The BJP candidate Suryavanshi Suraj is leading by 3572 votes till the end of the fourth round of counting in Dhamnagar by-polls.
Suraj has received 22495 votes. Biju Janata Dal’s Abanti Das has got 18923 votes.
