Bhubaneswar: Odisha Minister for Electronics and Information and Technology Tusharkanti Behera will launch the CII Report on “Emerging Technologies: Transforming Indian Socio-economy” today. The minister will participate in the two-day Digital India Conclave being organised by the CII today on the occasion of Digital India’s 5th anniversary. The event, to be held digitally, will see participation from various quarters including from Government of India, the UK, the US, various states and industry bigwigs. He will also give a special address to the participants on this occasion.
The prestigious event is going to discuss various aspects related to Digital Technology. The focus of the Conclave will be on key achievements of the State under the Digital Initiatives, vision and mission for next 5 years and the key opportunities to attract more investments in into the state. Secretary, Electronics & Information and Technology, Manoj Kumar Mishra, Government of Odisha, will give his key note address on Digital Odisha.
To mark the 5th anniversary of Digital India, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is launching the Digital India Conclave. In light of the Prime Minister’s vision towards self-reliance under the ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan’, the theme of the conclave has been ‘Digital India- A Leap towards Atmanirbhar Bharat’. The two day conclave would be an annual flagship initiative of CII which will serve as a technology platform to facilitate global technology partnerships in the ICT sector.
