Chatrapur: Providing better service to the people is the first motto of the police force. All officers and employees of the police department should ensure it, said Ganjam SP Jagmohan Meena.
While addressing the 89th Police Formation Day celebrations at Reserve Police Ground here, the Ganjam SP said that the police personnel are risking their lives to maintain law and order, and control crime.
To commemorate the 89th Police Formation Day, a parade was held in Reserve Police Ground. Ganjam SP was the Chief Guest of the parade.
Four police officers were awarded for their extremely commitment towards duty and bravery. The police personnel are Kotinada Police Station SI Satyabrat Sahu, Rambha PS Havildar Ramachandra Muduli, District Police Headquarters Constable Kanhucharan Panda and APR Constable Shishir Kumar.
